Payment Policy 2012 – 2013

There will be a total of 34 lessons for the 2012-2013 academic year, beginning on August 30, 2012 through June 8, 2013. The tuition will include 5 master classes and one recital given during the year. Ten (10) equal monthly payments are required, regardless of the number of lessons during the month. Payments will be required one month in advance of lessons. Payment is due no later than the seventh day of each month, beginning in August 2012. A $10 late fee will be charged if payment is not received by the due date.

Missed Lessons: Attendance is expected at all scheduled lessons. There will be no tuition credits for missed lessons or recitals. Make-up lessons may only be scheduled with a 24-hour advanced notice, pending availability and instructor discretion. Cancelled lesson spots in a given week will be made available to other students for make-up lessons. If no time slots are available for that given week, a make-up lesson cannot be offered. Utilizing the swap list is strongly encouraged.
